Our partner network covers Cambodia, China, India, the Philippines and Vietnam, allowing us to help you recruit workers that may not be readily available within local shores. We will handle all the necessary administration such as work permit applications, medical check-ups, accommodation and other logistical needs. If required, we will provide training and orientation services.

The range of services we provide include:

  • Assisting with your application for Industrial Classification for those companies who are employing foreign workers for the first time
  • Coordinating all logistical arrangements for your selection process which may includes tests and interviews at the candidates’ country
  • Making applications, renewals and cancellations of employment permits such as Work Permits, S-Passes and Employment Passes. When the permits are approved, we can assist with their collection
  • Preparing candidates for their move to Singapore and starting work with you. We will help arrange for suitable accommodation and provide an orientation for new arrivals.
  • Taking care of administrative requirements such as the registration of candidates at the Work Pass Service Centre, security bonds, medical check-ups and medical insurance.
  • Handling problems concerning the candidates during their employment.
  • All administrative and logistical support required for repatriating workers upon the expiry or termination of their employment contract. We will provide replacement candidates if required.
